Sync Paradox data
Kombo normalizes Paradox's data into a unified ATS model, designed for read and write.
- Due to a limitation in the Paradox XML feed, we cannot show you the details of a job that an applicant has applied to, only its id.
- If you change the Candidate Journey for a job in Paradox, existing applications must be moved to a stage of the new journey before they will be shown in Kombo.
- Candidates and applications are the same entity in the Paradox API
- Paradox will return the stage of a candidate, but your system should know if this stage is interview / hiring / rejection
- If a candidate journey / stage / status is renamed in Paradox, it will be treated as a new application stage.
- This integration only supports CV attachments.
- Uploading a new CV will overwrite the existing one.
