Kombo normalizes HiBob's data into a unified ATS model, designed for read and write.
- A HiBob job opening can have several job ads, and each ad can have its own fields. We take these fields from the first job ad:

description,post_url,location, andremote_work_statusare copied from that ad. - If the opening has no live job ad, or the ad is unpublished, HiBob no longer returns ads for it and these fields are cleared on the next sync.
- Only submitted evaluations are synced, so anything other than
status: completedis excluded.
