Every customer gets an invite to a dedicated Slack channel that includes your team and our integration specialists. We encourage you to ask technical questions, share integration challenges, and brainstorm solutions together.

Who will be helping me with technical questions?

Our support engineering team handles most day-to-day support, but our entire team — including backend engineers, product managers, and founders — regularly jumps in to solve complex integration challenges and dive into customer use cases.

Do you provide implementation support?

Absolutely. Beyond answering API questions, we offer to join and assist during onboarding calls, code reviews, architecture consultations, and even custom integration development for enterprise customers with unique requirements or systems like Avature.
